Student Complaint Resolution: On-Ground Classes

At Saint Joseph's University (SJU), our mission is to provide a rigorous, student-centered education.  Should a student or prospective student wish to file a complaint against us, the following information is provided to facilitate that process.

As a first step, a student should contact the Dean of her/his respective college to seek a resolution to a complaint. Should the issue not be able to be resolved by the Dean, the next step is to contact the Office of the Provost. Contact information is below.

You may also file a complaint with the Pennsylvania Department of Education and/or Saint Joseph's University’s regional accrediting agency, the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. Contact information is below.
